Below there are exemplary thematic ranges of transitional work carried out in the field of Management and Production Engineering at the Institute of Production System Organizations. We would like to point out that transitional work should be of a project nature. This means that it should not only analyze the existing state in the selected area of the company's operation, but also propose a solution to the identified problem. The project should be based on the case study of the company. We also encourage you to define the transitional work title yourself and discuss it with a potential consultant (List of consultants). This will allow you to better match your interests.
